Spartan have sponsored Wave World Champion Josh Angulo with our new line of wetsuits. An article was published on the Beach Telegraph which made Josh contact us, we sent suits for testing and the response was very positive. Josh has for many years competed in the most extreme conditions around the world and his product knowledge is in a class of its own. 

Josh Angulo grew up on the North shore of Oahu. By the mid-80s the family decided to pack up and head to Maui where Josh got hooked on windsurfing at the age of 10. By 15 Josh signed his first professional contracts and had his first professional win under his belt at the age of 17. Now living in Cape Verde in what is considered to be one of the best wind and wave locations in the world.

At Spartan we are making wetsuits for water sports people. Josh Angulo’s experience, along with the rest of our very knowledgeable team, will help push our wetsuit designs even further.
